Disruptive ZLD Technology for Fluids Green and sustainable circular economy

The main goal of the project ASEC is to develop a pilot plant of 10 m3 per day of capacity to separate and valorise the water and solids from dredged materials. This plant will be pivotal to showcase the technology and business model, before scaling it and replicating it around Europe.

The key Objectives of the ASEC project are:

  1. To build a pilot plant of 10m3/day and test it internally before being deployed to an operational environment. We will test the plant at our facilities using different contaminated dredged fluids.
  2. To validate the pilot plant in operational environment. For this, the pilot plant will be transported to the Port of Huelva (Spain) and will be operated using real dredged sediments.
  3. To ensure all legal, contractual and financial obligations are carried out in an appropriate manner.
  4. To strengthen our Business Plan to ensure a successful market penetration once the plant has reached the necessary technical maturity. Additionally, it will be increased the awareness of the technology by carrying out a dissemination campaign.
